Stacy L. Harvey passed away July 28, 2019 a couple years before his death, Stacy was in a battle for his life, and even then he dedicated himself to building something powerful and bringing people together through the alumni association and the picnic he had planned for not just PHS grads, but for the entire city. Stacy was a force to be reckon with on the Football field while at PHS, then went on to shine at Arizona State University.
